Paskahalvaus

A dear friend of mine helped me with the naming (Iiris sä tiedät kuka sä olet) and it translates as 'a shit-paralysis' or more accurately such a sudden and surprising state of getting scared that you're about to shit yourself in your shock and get nearly paralysed.

As the days grew warmer and longer and the people of Asgard preferred to spend their time outside of their homes and the palace walls, Loki's life got a lot easier. The last snow of winter and the first thaw of spring had been rather difficult, as after his arrival Loki hadn't had any hiding places. No one wanted to go out when it was wet and cold so everyone spent their time inside. Most often glaring at him.
He took it out by giving the battle-hungry Asgardians a good beating every now and then when they wanted to fight. He practiced techinques, they rammed against him like animals. 

Even though the spring was already in its full bloom and there was now less chance to run into someone and get yelled at for no reason, Loki preferred to stay in the furthest corners of the Royal library. There his peace was quaranteed. Of course he got fed up with reading the same books day after day regardless of how much he liked them - it had happened a long time ago - so he tried to kill time by playing all sorts of games against himself. Card games, chess, halatafl, word games... Of course it was a little pathetic, but if he focused on the game and not the fact that he was playing alone, it was entertaining enough.

He nearly jumped out of his boots when someone suddenly yelled his name and another asked what he was doing.
'Loki', Fandral repeated. It took him a while to get his breathing under control but in the end Loki frowned and stared at a bunch of familiar faces.
'Are you... playing words all by yourself?' Thor asked with a confused expression. Loki wanted to hit him with a book, but the book wouldn't probably have survived.
'Unless you can see someone I don't, then yes. What are you lot doing here?'
